3831748 - Notifications settings page shows English text regardless of selected language

• On the Settings → Notifications page, the text "Email notifications are currently managed centrally by the administrators, so you can't modify this setting yourself" is always displayed in English, even when another UI language (for example, German or Portuguese) is selected.
• The behavior affects all languages.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Access the system.
2. Open the account navigation.
3. Select Settings.
4. In the Settings window, select Notifications.
5. Observe that the text "Email notifications are currently managed centrally by the administrators, so you can't modify this setting yourself" is displayed in English regardless of the selected language.

An incorrect message key was used for the notification text, preventing localization and causing the English text to be displayed for all languages.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
