Symptom

  • The email attached to a Purchase Order as a .MSG file cannot be opened in the mobile My Inbox app.
  • Error message displayed: "This file type is currently not supported."
  • The same attachment opens successfully in the desktop My Inbox app.
  • Issue observed during 2026-09-18 to 2026-09-24.
