3831814 - Error in logs "Unable to Synch the Partial Universal Record for the Provider :1G" for Travelport bookings

Symptom

I have a trip which unexpectedly changed trip status from one of confirmed (e.g. Ready) to Cancelled. In Service Logs I can see the error "Unable to Synch the Partial Universal Record for the Provider :1G"
