3831851 - JMS sender channel fails with JMSWMQ0018 when Use Connection Pool is enabled for IBM MQ

Symptom

  • JMS sender adapter errors occur only when "Use Connection Pool" is enabled.
  • Error receiving JMS message: Cannot get connection from pool: ResourcePoolException: Unable to create new pooled resource: ConnectionException: Error creating Connection from JMS Connection Factory.
    com.ibm.msg.client.jms.DetailedIllegalStateException with JMSWMQ0018: Failed to connect to queue manager with connection mode "Client" and host name "Client”.
