3831856 - Approved workflow request not visible in custom MDF portlet when edit/correct overrides previous record

Symptom

Approved request is visible under Workflow Requests but the corresponding record is not displayed in the custom MDF portlet on the People Profile, as well as earlier expected records for the same effective date are not shown.
