3831920 - ISEG-USNAZ shows submitting user instead of counting user after stock count submission

• After a manager validates and submits a physical inventory in the Manage Stock Counting app, backend table ISEG field USNAZ contains the manager’s user instead of the user who performed the count.
• The Manage Stock Counting app correctly displays the counting user for the Physical Inventory Document, but this user is not transferred to ISEG-USNAZ upon submission.
• The counting user is stored in application staging (for example, COUNT_CA_DETAIL-USERID) during counting, but not reflected in ISEG after submission.
• In the Manage Physical Inventory Documents app, the ISEG-USNAZ value reflects the submitting manager.
