3831927 - Live Connection to S/4 Hana Cloud stops working with error "The supplied OAuth 2.0 client credentials are invalid" in SAP Analytics Cloud

A connection that was previously working to connect to a S/4 Hana Cloud system will no longer connect.  Looking at the response from the Hana system, you see the error:

invalid_client,
OAuth 2.0 Client authentication failed.The supplied OAuth 2.0 client credentials are invalid

• Hana Cloud

1. Create a live connection to S/4 Hana cloud using Outh
2. It works for a while (around a year)
3. It stops working and throws the error "The supplied OAuth 2.0 client credentials are invalid"

The error happens because the Oauth refresh certificate used by SAC to refresh the connection with the communication user has expired.

It is necessary to create a new Inbound Communication User in S/4 Hana Cloud

1. Log into S/4 Hana Cloud
2. Go to the Communication System being used -> Inbound Users
3. Click the + to add a new user with username/pwd
4. Save the Communication System - an Oauth2 version of the user is automatically generated
5. Go to the linked Communication Arrangement -> Inbound User
6. Select the new user you just created and save the Communication Arrangement
7. Go to SAC, in the Connection, update the username/pwd with the credentials of the user you just created
