If you need to grant access to the Data Retention feature strictly for audit or monitoring purposes, you can assign the Data Retention Read Only role. Users with this role will be able to view the current configuration but won’t have the ability to make any changes.
Important: The "Hold-User" view is not included in this read-only access.
