3831939 - [Known Error] The Final Review step gets completed after Request Correction - Onboarding

During the Final Review step, clicking "Request Correction" completes the Final Review instead of re-triggering the Personal Data Collection step. This prevents the external candidate from making the necessary corrections.

1. Perform the Final Review step
2. Click on Request Correction
3. Add the comment on the request correction and click submit
4. Result: The Final Review gets completed
5. User will be sent to MPH page.

• Engineering has identified a product issue affecting when a reviewer requests a correction during Final Review, the correction comment and the task completion were being processed at the same time, causing the comment to sometimes not be saved before the task was marked as done. 
• This is a known issue

Engineering has identified this as a product issue and is currently investigating the behavior. Our engineering team confirmed that the Code fix will be provided for release 1H2027 and  will share patch/hotfix timeline in the KBA.
