3831943 - Error in Data Analyzer: Failed to load [...} because of an authentication failure. Please contact your administrator.

When trying to create a new story based on an existing Datasphere model in Data Analyzer, the following error is displayed:

Failed to load [...] because of an authentication failure. Please contact your administrator.

• SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP Datasphere

1. Open Data Analyzer
2. Select - > Create New -> From an Existing Model
3. Under Datasphere select the desired Datasphere tenant name [...].
4. Notice the error.

Failed to load [...] because of an authentication failure. Please contact your administrator.

The Datasphere user account has no authorizations to any of the Datasphere spaces. 

In Datasphere grant access to the required spaces for the corresponding Datasphere user account.
