3831973 - The Configuration Activity Maintain HSN and SAC Is Not Available In Customizing Tenant

The configuration activity SSCUI 101332 Maintain HSN and SAC is not available in the Implementation Activities. You cannot maintain HSN/SAC codes in the material master because the SSCUI cannot be found or opened.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Implementation Activities app in the launchpad.
2. Search for “Maintain HSN and SAC” or SSCUI “101332”.
3. Observe that the activity is not listed or cannot be accessed.

Missing business catalog assignment for the business role used to perform configuration. The required catalog is not assigned to SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT, which prevents SSCUI 101332 from appearing.

1. Open the Maintain Business Roles app.
2. Locate and open the role used for configuration (for example, SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT).
3. In the role, review assigned business catalogs and check for catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_GLO_LO_IN_PC.
4. If the catalog is missing, add SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_GLO_LO_IN_PC to the role.
5. Save and publish the role, then have the user reload the launchpad or sign out and back in.
6. Return to Implementation Activities and search for “SSCUI 101332 Maintain HSN and SAC" again.
7. Once visible, proceed to maintain HSN/SAC control codes as required.
