Symptom

  • Unable to terminate an FX deal in the Manage Financial Transactions app after creating a dedesignation from Hedging Cockpit.
  • System indicates that the hedge request has not been released, although it was released in Process Hedge Requests.
  • Hedging relationship shows Planned Dedesignation status.
  • Error message: Hedging relationship already released (TPM_THX1568).
