3832007 - XDP template upload hangs with loading indicator and no UI error in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates

• Unable to upload an XDP document template in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates.
• After submitting the template, the page remains in a loading state with three animated dots.
• No error message is displayed in the UI.
• The uploaded file is approximately 8.9 MB and shows no XML parsing errors, duplicate field names, or corrupted embedded images.
• Network trace may show HTTP 504 (Gateway Timeout) during the upload request.

 SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates.
2. Select Add New Document Template.
3. Enter the template details and upload the XDP file.
4. Submit the template.
5. Observe that the page keeps loading without a success or error message.

The document being uploaded is likely too large for the system to process efficiently.

1. Go to Admin Center.
2. In the Tools Search field, enter Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates. Access the tool by clicking on the search result.
3. Click + Add New Document Template.
4. Upload the XDP or PDF file by clicking on Browse,Define the document template parameters Id, Locale, Process Type, Name and Category.
5. Click Upload.
