3832020 - Internal orders with non-closed status are archived without error when using transaction SARA

Symptom

• Internal orders are archived using transaction SARA (archiving object CO_ORDER) even though their status is not 'Closed'.
• Orders with pending settlements are archived without any error or warning.
• The expected behavior is that archiving should be blocked or an error raised when the order status is not 'Closed'.
