3832028 - Latest Applicant Workbench - Candidates in Forwarded Status Not Visible When Feedback Pending Column is Enabled - Recruiting Management

• Some of the users are unable to view candidates in Forwarded status.
• The issue occurs when the Feedback Pending column is enabled in the Redesigned Applicant Workbench.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Forward a new candidate to a job requisition.
2. Observe that the candidate is not visible in the Redesigned Applicant Workbench.
3. Disable the Feedback Pending column.
4. Verify that the candidate becomes visible.

The cause is under investigation.

This issue will be corrected by 13th November 2026 with the next Microservice release. 

Workaround

Disable the Feedback Pending column.

1. Click the gear button to manage columns
2. Uncheck "Feedback Pending"
3. Save the changes
