3832222 - You are not authorized to use transaction COR2 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The following authorization error appears when trying to edit a Process Order from the Monitor Stock/Requirements List (MD04) app:

"You are not authorized to use transaction COR2" (Message no. 00172)

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Monitor Stock/Requirements List (MD04) app.
2. Select a relevant process order.
3. Choose Edit.
4. Observe the error: "You are not authorized to use transaction COR2" (Message no. 00172).

Missing authorization to open the Change Process Order (COR2) app for changing process orders.

Verify that the user’s Business Role includes the required scope to edit Process Orders.

• Business Role: SAP_BR_PRODN_SUPERVISOR_PROC (Production Supervisor - Process Manufacturing)
• Business Catalog: SAP_SCM_BC_PROC_ORD_MGMT_MC (Production Control (Process) - Order Management)

Ensure the user has change/write authorizations for Process Orders in the assigned Business Role.
