3832232 - Sales Rep Dashboard shows only one territory metrics when user is assigned to multiple territories (Rep vs Rollup) - SAP Territory and Quota

Symptom

  • User created two territories and assigned the same position to both.
  • In the Dashboard, only one territory appears in the territory dropdown and only that territory’s data is displayed.
  • The My Territories page shows multiple assigned territories, but the Dashboard territory dropdown lists only one.
  • No error messages are displayed.
