3832260 - Currency ID dropdown is not selectable in SuccessFactors Learning Administration

• Currency ID dropdown appears blank or cannot be selected in multiple areas of Learning Administration
• Affected areas include Locales, Global Application Settings, admin Preferences, and Sites.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Sign in to the SuccessFactors system.
2. Go to Learning Administration > Manage User Training > Edit Completed Training Courses, try to select a Currency ID for any user or item. The Currency ID is not selectable. 
3. Go to Learning Administration > System Administration > Application Administration > Sites, choose Add New. The Currency ID is not selectable.
4. Go to Learning Administration > Preferences. The Currency ID is not selectable. 

The Currency search selector is misconfigured or not enabled. 

The property criteria.Active.defaultValue in currency search selector should be enabled and configured with correct value. 

1. Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > Search Selectors.
2. Open the Currency search selector.
3. Update the property criteria.Active.defaultValue to Y. 
4. Apply Changes.
