3832341 - Payout option not visible on termination screen when Time Account balance is negative

• Payout option is not visible on the termination screen when a Time Account has a negative balance.
• In Administer Time > Account payouts, the payout action is unavailable for accounts with a negative balance.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Time Management

1. Ensure an employee’s Time Account has a negative balance.
2. Navigate to the termination screen for that employee and observe the payout option/link is not displayed.
3. Navigate to Administer Time -> Account payouts for the same employee and account.
4. Attempt to initiate a payout and observe the payout action is not available when the balance is negative.

The system is designed to support payouts only when the Time Account balance is greater than zero. Negative balances are not eligible for payout in the standard termination or Administer Time processes.
