3832380 - Custom service missing from Custom Services list after rename via API PUT

Symptom

  • After uploading updated metadata for an existing custom service, deployment remains in "In Progress" and never completes.
  • Attempts to delete and re-upload the service cannot be completed.
  • The renamed service is visible in the Roles configuration but not in the Custom Services list.
  • The service cannot be managed, deleted, or re-deployed from the UI.
  • The service appears stuck in an inconsistent backend state.
