3832381 - User ID Not Displayed When Maintenance Order Is Locked in RSH Apps

When attempting to modify a maintenance order or its operations in SAP S/4HANA Resource Scheduling (RSH) applications, such as Manage Work Center Utilization or Maintenance Scheduling Board, the order cannot be processed because it is locked by another user.

The application displays only the following generic error message:

• "Object is currently locked by another user."

However, the user ID/name of the user currently locking the maintenance order is not displayed.

As a result, it is not possible to identify from the RSH application which user is currently processing or locking the maintenance order.
