3832425 - The Sales Quote Section of an Opportunity do not have the Table View.

Symptom

In an Opportunity, if you go to the Sales Quote section it only shows the option as Card View, there is no Table View available.

Environment

  • SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
  • SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
  • SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Guided Selling view.
  2. Search and open an opportunity LMN (where LMN represent the opportunity name).
  3. In the General tab of the quote LMN, go to the Sales Quote section.
  4. You only see option to select the default view as Card view, no option to switch to the Table view.

Cause

We only have provided the card view as cards are directly embedded from the sales quote within an opportunity screen.

Resolution

This is the current system behavior.
