3832547 - Country/region not available as local version in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2SL

• You want to implement a country/region in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition that does not appear as an available option during scoping. 
• The required country/region is not listed in the scope definition activity. 
• It is not possible to activate or select the country/region as part of the implementation scope for 2-System Landscape (2SL). 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. 

1. Log in to the scoping tool — either SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) or the Manage Your Solution app, depending on the landscape setup.
2. Navigate to the scope definition or Define Scope activity.
3. Attempt to add the required country/region.
4. The country/region does not appear in the list of available countries/regions.

The requested country/region is not an SAP-delivered local version in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2SL. SAP delivers standard local versions for a defined set of countries/regions, documented in the Help Portal (see See Also). Countries/regions outside this list cannot be activated as SAP-delivered local versions in 2SL.
