SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When a new visit is created, the Pre-Visit Brief Note Summary is initially more detailed. After switching to another tab or leaving the Pre-Visit Brief and returning, the system prompts to open it again and regenerates the Note Summary.
The regenerated Note Summary is noticeably shorter and appears to contain less information than the initial version.
