3832622 - No entries in Application Log for Freight Settlement Document stuck in "Posting Started" status

Symptom

  • In the SAP TM FIORI app for Freight Settlement Documents (FSD), the Application Log tab shows no entries.
  • The FSD is stuck in "Posting Started" status and cannot be edited.
  • The issue occurs specifically when posting is triggered via the FIORI UI (internal integration).
  • Running report /SCMTMS/SFIR_TRANSFER_BATCH directly succeeds without errors.
