3832637 - Flag And Tag Services are not working

Symptom

Customer would like to know if there is a way to enable flagging and tagging in the system.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2



Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open an Account. 
  2. Check and compare the UI design to what it was on V1.
  3. Notice that there is not an option to flag or tag this item. 

Resolution

Development team is currently working on the Flags and Tags feature.

We will provide the appropriate guidance and further details as part of the upcoming enhancements. The required changes are planned for delivery in a future release.

The below services are used for Flags and Tags feature:
 "sap.crm.service.flagService", "sap.crm.tagservice.uiapp.tag" 

As a workaround for now, you can use Shortcuts.
