3832664 - Latest Stack Ranker system performance degradation when changing ratings or comments

• The Latest Stack Ranker loads successfully, but significant performance degradation occurs when users update ratings and/or comments.
• Consecutive updates cause the page to become very slow and can appear unresponsive.
• Web Developer Tools error: “Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: t.current.show is not a function”.
• Web Developer Tools error: "error: { code; "ODE9999", message: "The request object has been recycled and is no longer associated with this facade" }"

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Navigate to Performance > Team Overview and open Stack Ranker.
2. Select Edit.
3. Change an employee’s rating and/or add/update a comment.
4. Observe delays and potential page unresponsiveness after each update.

This is a known issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed in the 2H 2026 release.

Disable the Latest Stack Ranker.
