3832721 - Errors When Checking PDF Form Layout of HR_JP_MLNT and HR_JP_CLTN Forms

Symptom

When checking the layout of form HR_JP_MLNT in transaction SFP, errors are raised indicating missing structure and fields. The same error pattern occurs for form HR_JP_CLTN.

Example errors:

  • Form HR_JP_MLTN, Node GS_LAYOUT — Field GS_LAYOUT does not exist
  • Form HR_JP_MLTN, Node TEXT_0 — Field GS_LAYOUT-TEXT_0 does not exist
  • Form HR_JP_MLTN, Node TEXT_1_H1 — Field GS_LAYOUT-TEXT_1_H1 does not exist
  • Form HR_JP_MLTN, Node TEXT_1_C1 — Field GS_LAYOUT-TEXT_1_C1 does not exist
  • Form HR_JP_MLTN, Node TEXT_2_H — Field GS_LAYOUT-TEXT_2_H does not exist
  • Form HR_JP_MLTN, Node TEXT_A_1 — Field GS_LAYOUT-TEXT_A_1 does not exist
  • Form HR_JP_MLTN, Node TEXT_B_N1 — Field GS_LAYOUT-TEXT_B_N1 does not exist
  • Overall pattern: GS_LAYOUT and many GS_LAYOUT- references (for nodes TEXT_*, A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/R/I) do not exist when validating the form layout.
