3832728 - Cannot hide numeric value in Trend Information rating field on People Profile/Talent Profile

The numeric rating value in parentheses is displayed in the Rating field on Trend Information records in People Profile/Talent Profile and cannot be hidden.

1. Log in to SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Navigate to People Profile > Performance and Goals.
3. Open Performance 
4. Create a new rating record or select an existing record and click Edit.
5. Observe the Rating field shows the descriptive label together with its numeric value

At present, there is no standard configuration specifically supported for hiding the numeric value in the Rating field of the Trend Information Create/Edit screen while retaining the descriptive label.

Submit an Enhancement request to have a supported option to hide the numeric value in the Trend Information Create/Edit rating field; there is currently no standard configuration to achieve this.
