3832738 - "You are not logged-in on the given tenant" Error When Adding SAP Process Insights Connection — SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub

• Attempting to add an SAP Process Insights connection via Workspace Settings → Integrations → SAP Signavio Process Insights → Add Connections on <server_location>.signavio.com/p/hub/settings/tenant-mapping results in an error dialog.
• The following verbatim error message is displayed:
  • "You are not logged-in on the given tenant. You will be redirected to the login page. Please log-in and try again!"

• The page shows "No Systems Connected Yet" and no connection is established.
• The issue occurs despite the following configuration being confirmed in place:
  • SAP Signavio Process Insights User role collection assigned to the user in the PINS BTP subaccount (Security → Role Collections).
  • Trust relationship with the SAP default Identity Provider established (Security → Trust Configuration).
  • S-user or P-user linked to SAP Universal ID at https://account.sap.com.
