3832746 - Orphaned REGUHM records after Payment Run with incomplete postings when BCM is active

Symptom

- After executing a payment run with BCM (Bank Communication Management) active, entries are created in the REGUHM table.
- Even after deleting or reversing the payment, the data remains in the REGUHM table — resulting in orphaned records.
- When running transaction  FBPM2, the affected payment runs are displayed with a red traffic light, indicating pending/incomplete status.
