3832855 - Cancel popup shows disabled activation/requested cancellation dates until refresh (Fields are grayed out in the pop-up)

Symptom

Starting CANCEL (process type ISTA) on a technically active subscription contract opens the popup with Activation Date and Requested Cancellation Date initially disabled, preventing maintenance for current- or future-dated cancellations. After a screen refresh via Table Personalization (without changing settings), both date fields become editable. No error messages were provided.
