3832870 - Performance Tab Visible in Mobile App after Disabling Performance Management in Mobile Features - SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

The Performance tab remains visible in the mobile app home page menu after disabling Performance Management in Enable Mobile Features.

Users can navigate to the Performance area from the menu and edit performance forms despite the feature being disabled for mobile.

In the web application, visibility behaves as expected.

Mobile Interface

1. Disable Performance Management in Admin Center > Enable Mobile Features.
2. Open the mobile app.
3. Tap the menu to view available modules.
4. Observe that the Performance option is still listed and can be opened.
5. Open a performance form and note that it is still editable.

A known issue in the mobile app where the Performance Management mobile visibility setting is not honored; a fix is delivered in mobile release 2609.

Verify that Performance Management is disabled in Admin Center > Enable Mobile Features.

Update the mobile app to version 2609 or later (via the relevant app store or mobile device management distribution).

After updating, sign out of the mobile app and sign in again.

Confirm that the Performance tab is no longer visible and that forms cannot be edited from the mobile app.

If the issue persists after updating, collect details (app version, device OS, screenshots) and contact support.
