3832946 - FM PRELIMINARY_POSTING_DOC_WRITE does not update parked FI document

Symptom

• Function module PRELIMINARY_POSTING_DOC_WRITE is called to update parked accounting documents, specifically the data stored in tables VBKPF and VBSEG*.
• The function module executes without errors, but changes are not reflected in the database tables.
