3832954 - Review Curriculum action not visible in user's Curricula tab (legacy vs new UI) - SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Symptom

  • The "Review Curriculum" option is not visible in the "More Actions" (three dots) menu on the Users > Curricula tab in Learning Administration.
  • Only "View Details" and "Remove" are shown.
  • No error message is displayed.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Learning Administration.
  2. Navigate to Users and open any user record.
  3. Open the Curricula tab.
  4. Click the More Actions (three dots) for a curriculum and observe that "Review Curriculum" is not listed.

Cause

The system is using the legacy UI where the "Review Curriculum" action is accessed via the greater-than (>) control next to the curriculum, not from the three-dots menu used in the non-legacy UI.

Resolution

  1. If the legacy UI is in use and a greater-than (>) control appears next to the curriculum, select the > to open the actions and choose "Review Curriculum".
  2. If the greater-than (>) control is not present and only the three-dots menu is shown (non-legacy UI), select the three dots and choose "Review Curriculum".
