3832964 - ApmLearningReminder email template shows empty body when sent via Send Email Notifications

When manually sending ApmLearningReminder via Send Email Notifications, the email body renders blank and shows "The email body is empty. This may be due to the template that was used. Please provide an email body before sending."

1. Sign in to Learning Administration.
2. Open Send Email Notifications.
3. Select the ApmLearningReminder template.
4. Attempt to send; the wizard blocks sending and displays that the email body is empty.

• ApmLearningReminder is an Automatic Process (APM) template intended to be sent by the Learning Reminder APM.
• Its body content relies on roll-up tags (, ) that are populated only when the APM runs.
• In the manual Send Email Notifications wizard, APM roll-up data is not available, so the body renders empty and validation blocks sending. This is expected behavior.

1. Use the Learning Reminder automatic process (APM) to deliver ApmLearningReminder so that required/non-required assignment roll-ups are populated correctly.
2. For ad-hoc/manual messages via Send Email Notifications, do not use ApmLearningReminder. Instead, use Customize Contents to enter your own body text or use a standard prose template that does not depend on APM roll-up data.
