3833014 - Needs Attention label in Team View not displayed for overdue curriculum items - SAP SuccessFactors Learning

In Team View, the Needs Attention label is not displayed for some users with overdue curriculum items (inconsistent behavior).

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Open the Team View (manager people panel) in Learning as a manager.
2. Identify users with overdue curriculum items (for example, an incomplete curriculum that contains an overdue item).
3. Observe that the Needs Attention status appears for some users but is missing for others with comparable overdue curriculum items.

A product defect caused the manager people panel not to display the Needs Attention status when a curriculum item was overdue.

1. Update the environment to release 2605p11 or later, which includes a fix for the missing Needs Attention status when a curriculum item is overdue (refer to: Patches Knowledge Base | SAP Community).
2. After updating, verify in Team View that users with overdue curriculum items display the Needs Attention status as expected.
3. If the behavior persists after updating, contact support and provide details of the affected users and items for further analysis.
