  • S/4HANA Cloud Live Data Connection fails to be created in SAC with the following error on the UI: "We couldn't connect to your S/4HANA System. For more information see our troubleshooting page".
  • Error displayed in the HAR trace: s4hcremotes/SAPS4HANA/sap/bw/ina/GetServerInfo 401 Unauthorized - "Invalid_client, bad credentials".
