3833060 - User search results table shows inconsistent UI between admin users; switches between latest and legacy.

Symptom

In Learning Administration > People > Users, the user search results table displays the latest/normal UI for some admin users and a legacy UI for others within the same instance.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into Learning Administration as two different admin users in the same instance.
  2. Navigate to Learning Administration > People > Users.
  3. Perform a user search.
  4. Observe that one admin sees the latest/normal UI while another sees a legacy UI.

Resolution

Plan for the permanent fix: Engineering has delivered a code correction that will be included in the 1H 2027 release for standard environments; validated (vSaaS) environments will receive it later per the validated release cadence. Please follow this KBA for updates.
