3833123 - MLT table is not populated when goal is created via AI

When goal is created via AI, it doesn’t populate MLT table under rating score.  The “target” field is required so customer can’t proceed to save as they get required field error. 
 But when creating goal via scratch, the table under rating score populated. But Milestone not automatically populating but have option to add row so customer can add manually and save the goal.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Template has a Rating Scale configured and target is a required MLT field.

2. When creating a goal via AI, the Rating Score table renders empty → user cannot fill target → Save fails with required-field error.

3. When creating from scratch (no AI), the Rating Score table populates from the configured scale as expected.

The empty metricLookupTable in AI-generated goals is expected behavior. This to intentionally excludes MLT generation from the LLM prompt and removes it from the response when a Rating Scale is configured on the template.

Currently, Engineering team is  planning for an enhancement of this feature in future release.
