3833157 - Unable to Assign or Edit Pay Components After Conversion to Alumni User - Onboarding

When a terminated employee is converted to Alumni, admin users or any user in the system are unable to assign additional pay components to the Alumni user. 

1. Navigate to the Alumni user's profile.
2. Go to the Compensation section.
3. Attempt to add a Pay Component field.
4. Observe that the Pay Component field returns "No data" and no pay component can be selected or assigned.

This behavior has been confirmed by the Engineering team as expected system behavior.

Once a user is converted to Alumni status in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, adding new pay components or editing existing pay components is currently not supported.
