3833240 - Error [COE0020]No permission when accessing Offboarding process - Onboarding

Symptom

When accessing Offboarding process, the error [COE0020]No permission appears. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Offboarding.
  2. Open one of the available Offboarding Process.
  3. Observe the error: [COE0020] No permission!.

Cause

Missing Access to Non-secured objects permission.

Resolution

  1. Review the affected user's permissions.
  2. Grant Access to Non-secured objects permission.
  3. Perform an Odata Refresh, to sync RBP Permissions

Picklist is not a secured object and is required for the cancel offboarding reasons. Therefore providing permission to non-secured objects should resolve the error.
