Symptom

  • In the Migrate Your Data (Migration Cockpit – Staging Tables) app, the migration object “Purchase order (only open PO)” fails at the Prepare step without any error being displayed or logged.
  • In some cases, the message “Error when checking custom fields for migration object” appears during Prepare/Simulate.
