3833285 - Cost estimation released with incorrect costing variant

Symptom

A cost estimate was released using the incorrect costing variant A for the material. When attempting to delete it via CKR1 and re-run with the correct costing variant B, the system displays error CK659 — "No reference cost estimate found for material." The incorrect costing variant A is still visible in CK22.
