3833318 - Cannot change the valid-from date of an equipment/device

Symptom

  • A device created with a Valid From date (for example, 01.12.2026) cannot be installed with an Activity Date earlier than the Valid From date (for example, 01.11.2026).
  • Requirement to change the device’s Valid From date to enable installation.
  • Observe that the Valid From date is not ready for input in transaction IQ02 or IE02.
