3833332 - Can the user authenticate to access the SAP Ariba site using their email ID?

Symptom

Some users can authenticate through SSO and access the SAP Ariba site successfully, while other users receive an authentication error because their user ID format in SAP Ariba differs from the user ID format sent by the Identity Provider. Can I authenticate these users using their email addresses instead?
