• Story designers are now able to apply sort on Waterfall Charts in optimized story since the SAC 2026 QRC4 update

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.21

• Since SAC 2026 QRC4 update, sort option would be available on Waterfall Charts in optimized story.
• Allow users to sort waterfall chart entries by value (highest to lowest, lowest to highest) based on measure and account.
• Allow users to sort variance waterfall chart entries by variance value (highest to lowest, lowest to highest) on measure and account.
• Allow users to apply A-Z, Z-A, and custom sort for non-time, non-version dimensions and chronological sorting on date dimensions.
• Enable users to establish a waterfall chart as the driver for linked analysis.
• Limitations:
  • Ranking on waterfall charts
  • Sort on the Structure Dimension for SAP BW 2-Structure Models (existing limitation applicable to all Chart Types)
