3833465 - Cannot reverse Ready for Shipping and Loading when using POSC with Complex Loading in ASR

• In an integration between SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) using Advanced Shipping & Receiving (ASR), when Process Oriented Storage Control (POSC) is configured with a Complex Loading step, it may be necessary to reverse the Ready for Shipping status for an EWM Outbound Delivery Order in which Complex Loading has already been completed.
• When attempting to reverse the Ready for Shipping via /SCWM/PRDO or /SCWM/MON, the following error is raised:
  • /SCDL/AF041 - Activity "Reverse Ready for Shipping" is not permitted; reason: status "Loading" has value "Completed"
• As documented in KBA 3506672 and KBA 3642439, reversing the Ready for Shipping in EWM first requires reversing the Loading in the Freight Order. However, when attempting to reverse the Loading via the "Load or Unload Freight Orders" Fiori app, the following error is raised:
  • /SCWM/HU_API050 - Simple loading not allowed for handling unit &1 (storage process)
