3833524 - TM document FU not created when confirming Purchase Order

Symptom

  • When a Purchase Order (PO) is confirmed through the Fiori app Manage Supplier Confirmations, Transportation Management (TM) documents (for example, Freight Order/Freight Unit) are not generated.
  • If other application posts confirmation on the Purchase Order the TM document is also not created. 
  • Posting the supplier confirmation through the API ME_PO_CONFIRM shows the same behavior (no immediate TM document creation).
