3833545 - Configuration Transport Agent – Manual Feature Enablement for EAC Customers

• For EAC and GA customers, the Configuration Transport (CT) Agent currently requires one manual enablement step from SAP end. A feature required by the CT Agent is not yet available to customers through the UI. 
• Request to enable the Configuration Transport (CT ) Agent in Admin Center .
• Configuration Transport (CT) Agent not available in Admin Center 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

The feature is planned to be exposed through Admin Center → AI Services Administration and is expected to become available with a future patch. Please bookmark this KBA to receive the latest updates, as we will update it once the planned availability dates are confirmed.

In the meantime, if you need the Configuration Transport (CT) Agent to be available in Admin Center, please create a support case under LOD-SF-PLT-CGC or LOD-SF-PLT-CHA.
